Build with AI

Describe a strategy in your own words, and let your own AI model write it for you to check and save.

Build with AI turns your words into a strategy. You describe what you want. Your own AI model writes the strategy, the engine checks it, and the editor shows it. You then check it, change it if you want, and save it yourself.

It works on any tier. It uses your own AI key and model, so your AI provider bills you for each request.

Before you start

Add an AI key in Settings. Until you have one, the Build with AI box shows Add an AI key. Read AI keys.

Build a strategy

Describe it

In Describe the strategy, write what the bot should do. Example: "Buy 0.01 ETH of TSLA every day, but skip days with bad news."

Choose the key and model

In Your AI key, choose the key to use. In Model, type a model of that provider, or leave it empty to use the provider's default.

Send it

Select Build with AI. While your model writes, the box says "Your model is writing it…".

Check the strategy

The editor now shows the new strategy. Read every block. Then select Save as new version to save it. Nothing is saved before this.

What it writes

The model writes a whole strategy, in the same shape as one you build by hand. It knows:

  • Every part of the strategy and every rule value.
  • The tickers and addresses of the tokens on the DCA list, so you can name a token by its ticker.
  • Your MCP servers, and the one-click servers you could add.
  • The AI providers you have keys for.
  • The tier of your Spinner.

The engine checks what the model writes. If it finds problems, it sends them back to the model to fix, up to two more times. If the strategy still has problems, you see: "It still has problems, shown under the editor: fix them there, or ask again."

Notes from the model

With each strategy, the model writes a few short notes. They say what it chose where your words left something open, what your request asked that a strategy cannot do, and which MCP servers or AI keys you must add first. The model can also ask a question when something important is unclear. It still writes its best strategy.

Requests above your tier

If your request needs a higher tier than your Spinner has, the model first says which tier it needs. It does not write the strategy yet. You see, for example: "This needs Epic tools; this Spinner has Rare, so it could not run here."

You can then:

  • Ask for a version that fits your tier. The model's note says what such a version could do.
  • Select Build it anyway. The model writes the strategy for the higher tier. You can read and test it, but you cannot save it until the Spinner has that tier.

Read the tier a strategy needs.

Edit with AI

When the editor already has a strategy, the box can change it instead of writing a new one.

  1. Keep Change the strategy in the editor on.
  2. In What to change, write the change. Example: "Take profit at 3x, and add a 20% stop loss."
  3. Select Edit with AI.

The model keeps everything you did not ask to change. It works on the strategy as it is in the editor now, with any changes you made by hand. Turn Change the strategy in the editor off to write a new strategy from your words instead.

The conversation

Your requests and the model's notes show as a conversation in the box. The model reads the conversation so far, so you can ask for changes step by step. The conversation stays on this page only. Select Clear to start again.

Check before you save

A model can misread what you want. Read every block before you save, run a backtest where you can, and run the strategy on paper first.
