spin Minting
How to mint a Spinner with $SPIN, what it costs, and what happens after the mint.
You mint Spinners on the Mint page of the app. Every mint is paid in $SPIN.

The $SPIN that you pay to mint goes to the protocol. You also pay a small amount of ETH for gas.
The Price on the mint page is the price for your wallet in the phase that is open now.
Phases
The mint can have two phases. A pill at the top of the mint card shows the phase that is open:

| Whitelist | Only wallets on the whitelist can mint, each up to its own allowance. The whitelist has its own part of the supply. |
| Public | Any wallet can mint. |
| Closed | No mint is open now. |
The progress bar shows how many of the 7,777 Spinners are minted. In the whitelist phase, a second bar shows how much of the whitelist supply is minted.
If your wallet cannot mint, the page tells you why. For example: "This wallet is not on the whitelist. The public mint opens later."
Mint a Spinner
Get $SPIN
The card shows Your $SPIN: the $SPIN in the wallet that you signed in with. If you have too little, the card says how much more you need. When a place to buy $SPIN is set, it also shows a Buy $SPIN button. Your balance updates on the page by itself after you buy.
Choose how many
Use the + and - buttons to choose the number of Spinners. The card shows the most that your wallet can mint now, and the total cost.
Pay
Click Pay ... $SPIN (the button shows the total). Your wallet asks you to approve the transactions:
- An approval that lets the collection take exactly the cost in $SPIN. The app asks for it only if your wallet has not approved enough already.
- The mint.
If your wallet supports it, both go in one batch. If a step fails, the app tells you, and nothing is spent except gas.
See what you got
The reel spins while the mint confirms, then stops on each new Spinner and shows its rarity. The new Spinners are now in your wallet.
After the mint
A new Spinner is inactive. Its bot cannot trade until you activate it.
- Click Activate Spinner #... under the mint result to open the Spinner's page.
- Click View transaction to see the mint on the block explorer.
Your new Spinners also show in My Spinners. A new Spinner usually appears there within a minute of the mint.
